I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2015, a NASM Nutrition Specialist, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Level I Coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).

In 2020, after working in the group fitness space for 6 years, I saw a need for more approachable training - something that could be incorporated into anyone’s schedule and budget - so I launched YourMove Fitness. My initial focus was initially in person, training my clients in functional strength - teaching and progressing movements that they do over and over again in their daily lives and hopefully for years to come! Now, my hope is to make functional strength training even more widely practiced and easier to take on the go with my On Demand platform!

As a stay at home mom of two, the flexibility that YourMove Fitness offers has been a lifesaver for me. Kerry offers options that can fit into my day no matter what is thrown my way. I started working out with her after my second child was born and she has helped me regain so much strength to help me feel energized and able to keep up with my kids. Whether it’s in person, her written plans, or the new on demand videos (which I love)- I can stay on top of my fitness goals. Feeling stronger and better than ever plus she makes it fun and is a doll to work out with in person when I’m able!

Before I met Kerry, strength and conditioning were completely unfamiliar to me. I've been running for years, but at 55 I needed something else. Kerry was able to meet me where I was, and she has challenged me all along the way and I have met goals. I love the on-demand videos because I'm able to work out at my convenience, and I still get to enjoy Kerry. She gives me all the right reminders (like breathe!) at all the right times as if we were doing a workout in person. I have the flexibility to add something extra to a morning run or a complete workout.
