I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2015, a NASM Nutrition Specialist, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Level I Coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).
In 2020, after working in the group fitness space for 6 years, I saw a need for more approachable training - something that could be incorporated into anyone’s schedule and budget - so I launched YourMove Fitness. My initial focus was initially in person, training my clients in functional strength - teaching and progressing movements that they do over and over again in their daily lives and hopefully for years to come! Now, my hope is to make functional strength training even more widely practiced and easier to take on the go with my On Demand platform!
